Join us on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 6pm for the ribbon cutting & celebration of the Holocaust Memorial Sculpture, Ways to say Goodbye, by Ariel Schlesinger. Use the RSVP form below to fill in your information.

Pricing: Each Guest is $100.00, and Each Table (10 Guests) is $1000.00. Make sure to indicate this in the payment below. If you have an odd number of guests, please enter the total payment amount for all included in the custom amount field (ex. for 7 guests, please enter $700.00 in the custom amount field)

Dinner Options: The dinner options are Chicken, Fish, or Vegan. Please specify the preferences of each member of your group in the required field (Ex. Chicken 2, Fish 3, Vegan 1).
